But Indian captain Virat Kohli had some other plans in the bank. The stage was perfectly set for the Indian captain to deliver, and he didn’t disappoint to notch up yet another ODI ton. He scored 112 runs, which was also his 33rd ODI century and first in South Africa, in the ODI format. After two early wickets, Virat and Ajinkya Rahane added 189 runs for the third wicket, that eventually took the game away from the South Africans. Virat again showed his caliber of keeping up with the run rate, throughout the innings. The cricketers are all praises for the Indian captain, after his wonderful outing at the Kingsmead.
