The 2018 Asia Cup qualifier is all set to roll from August 29 to September 6. The tournament will determine the sixth qualifying team for the Asia Cup 2018 which allready features Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka.

The qualification event will feature hosts Malaysia, Nepal, Oman, Hong Kong, Singapore and United Arab Emirates (UAE). The matches will be played across three venues- Kinrara Oval, Bayuemas Oval and UKM Oval.
The Asian Cricket Council(ACC) has announced the schedule of the tournament in which every team will play each other in a round-robin format. The top two teams from the round-robin stage will go on to play the finals on September 6 at the Kinrara Oval.

2018 Asia Cup is scheduled to be held in UAE from September 15-28.
