WWE’s NXT has turned out to be the third premier event of the company after RAW and SmackDown. The development territory produced some of the world beating wrestlers to ever step into the main rosters.
Ever since WWE’s chairman Vince McMahon handed over the baton of the company to his son-in-law- Triple H, the company has been on a rise. The superstars we see on the main rosters were someday part of NXT which was mentored and looked after by Triple H, who brought the best out of those young superstars to be in the red brand or the blue brand. Its worth mentioning that Triple h is the founder and senior producer of NXT.
Recently, Triple H took part in a conference call in the UK to talk about several professional wrestling topics.
He was asked if Vince McMahon watches NXT to which he gave a not so expected reply by saying that he’s not sure if Vince has ever watched a full episode of the program. He’s simply too busy:
“I don’t know that he’s ever even watched a full episode of NXT start to finish. He’s busy.”
Vince has taken this company to the peak and if the statement by Triple H is really true then it seems that Vince is not really interested in the budding and upcoming talents.
