After a resounding win in the test series against Australia, Indian team will be eyeing a win in the ODI series to start their year on a high and test their preparations for the upcoming cricket world cup. Both the teams will be eyeing to sort out their playing XI for the world cup which starts in May just after the conclusion of IPL.
India have managed to impress in 2018, having won the ODI series against South Africa and triumph in the all important Asia cup and West Indies ODI series.
Australia on the other hand have been going through the transition phase but their younger lot certainly doesn’t have enough fire power to continue the strong legacy of Australian cricket in the present. Aaron Finch and company will look forward to end the disappointment of 2018 and start their 2019 on a high.
