Baddies hails PBL season 3, term it as a great success.

A 23 days extravaganza with eight team battling it out for one coveted trophy ended on 14th of January. Hyderabad Hunters, Ahmedabad Smash Masters, Delhi Dashers and Bengaluru Blasters prevailed to qualify for the play-offs in PBL season 3. Where Bengaluru and Hyderabad won their respective clash to qualify for the finals. The final rightly being termed as “The Southern Derby” went in favor of Hyderabad Hunters who won third edition of the Premier Badminton League with a hard-fought 4-3 win over Bengaluru Blasters.

The league was played across 5 venues and was a huge delight amongst the badminton loving fans. However, the league was equally enjoyed by the participating players, who are lavising praise at PBL season 3.

Kirsty Gilmour, the top Scottish player who played for Bengaluru Blasters wrote “I didn’t expect that i would come away from the PBL with so many great memories and new friends”

 

Olympic champion Carolina Marin who was part of the winning Hyderabad Hunters wrote. “The @Hyd_Hunters are the @PBLIndiaLive CHAMPIONS!!! Really proud of this team, this family, these fans… No words to describe you #HuntersArmy

 

The legendary doubles player Matthias Boe of Denmark who was part of Bengaluru Blasters wrote. “Thank you @PBLIndiaLive 4 another great experience, thank you to my team Bangaluru, for creating the best team atmosphere possible and thank you to Kim SR, 4 some great matches, truly a lengendary player.”
