5:) Ata-ur-Rehman
Ata-ur-Rehman played for Pakistan from 1992 to 1996 as a Fast bowler , he featured in 13 Tests and 30 ODIs and bagged 31 and 27 wickets respectively. He received a life ban in 2000 for dealing with bookmakers which was eventually lifted in 2006 by ICC.
6:) Saleem Malik
Malik played between 1981/82 and 1999, at one stage captaining the Pakistani cricket team. He played 103 tests and 283 ODIs scoring 5,768 and 7,170 runs respectively . He became the first cricketer to get jailed after getting accused of offering bribe to the cricketers for performing poor.
7:) Hansie Cronje
Cronje was South African player and captained the national cricket team in the 1990’s. He died in a plane crash in 2002 . Hansie played as an allrounder featuring in 68 tests and 188 ODIs . He was guilty of accepting monetary rewards from bookmakers for forecasting matches and received a life time ban.
8:) Herschelle Gibbs
Gibbs was the first player to hit six sixes in one over in One Day International cricket, doing so against the Netherlands in the 2007 Cricket World Cup held in West Indies . He was a regular member in the South African team playing 90 tests and 248 ODIs scoring 6,167 and 8,094 runs respectively . He initially agreed to under-perform in an ODI game at Nagpur, but reneged on the deal and scored 74 off just 53 balls.He still got banned for 6 months.
