The stadium will be given an Awadhi look ,but almost 80% of the stadiums exterior are still in process of building the Awadhi wall and this process may take some time as it demands some fine sculpting and building techniques. One core group from BCCI has claimed of Ferozshah Kotla stadium contesting an International match
between India and Pakistan in 2005 despite being under construction. In another match in 2010 ,Chepauk stadium (Chennai) hosted an international match despite the stadium being in the grasp of construction.
