The big man of cricket is still there and going strong in T20 format of the game. The Jamaican cricketer is the highest run getter in T20 history and changed how the game is played in the shortest format. His one impactful innings is all his team needs to outclass the opposition but same doesn’t apply to his captaincy skills.
The 39-year-old replaced Brian Lara as the captain of the team and went onto lead his side in 53 ODIs where his team lost on 30 occasions.
He was soon released from the post and Windies has struggled to find a good captain from then to the present times.
