Al Jazeera’s latest speculations over the spot-fixing controversy has again made the headlines in the cricket world. The Qatari news channel alleged that top players from Pakistan, England and Australia were the culprits in spot-fixing from 2011-12 across 15 International matches.
The fixer who is behind is Dubai based Aneel Munawar. Al Jazeera shocked the world by uploading a documentary on Munawar in May 2018. It has been learned that Munawar is polluting cricket since 2010 and is involved with many high profile cricketers.
The report also includes some pictures of top cricketers with Munawar during the 2012 World T20. He was reportedly speaking to many cricketers.
The biggest shock of the report includes the photograph of Munawar with Indian cricketers- Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Suresh Raina, and Lakshmipathy Balaji.
