Afghan match bombed
At least eight were killed and more than 50 people were wounded in a series of explosions targeting a cricket match in the eastern Afghan city of Jalalabad. This is the same city from where spin sensation Rashid Khan comes from.
The blast happened at a time when spectators were watching a cricket match at around 11pm on Friday evening in a local Ramadan Cup. The unfortunate happening was held in May, 2018.
