They may be the most aged team of the tournament but the bunch has all the experience to get the job done. The franchise didn’t add much players in the player auction as they retained 22 players. Their biggest signing was Mohit Sharma who was bought for a sum of 5 crore rupees.
The team boasts of some heavyweights like MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina, Faf du Plessis, Dwayne Bravo, Harbhajan Singh and Shane Watson in their line-up. The form of Kedar Jadhav and Ambati Rayudu will also be a decisive factor for the franchise.
The franchise allready has a strong bench strength and will be one team to beat in the tournament.
