The ruling Bhartiya Janata Party(BJP) has got a clear mandate and are on a verge of creating history in the ongoing general elections. BJP is nearing the 350 figure mark which is way ahead of the majority figure of 272 seats out of 542. People have flooded the social media with their congratulatory messages for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP.
Former cricketers Virender Sehwag and Harbhajan Singh also took to twitter to congratulate BJP and Narendra Modi for winning the 2019 general elections.
Sehwag posted the message which read ““India has won. The world’s largest democracy has given it’s mandate. Many congratulations to Shri @narendramodi ji on being the leader of this great victory. May the second innings be even better and India continue to progress and reach greater heights. Jai Hind #VijayiBharat”
Harbhajan Singh congratulated his former teammate Gautam Gambhir and BJP’s candidate Gautam Gambhir who won the election from East Delhi constituency.
The Turbantor also congratulated ruling Bhartiya Janata Party and Narendra Modi on their win in the elections.
