The first match of the two-match Test series between India and New Zealand will be played at the Sedden Park Stadium in Hamilton. Before the start of the all important series that promises 120 points in world test championship table, some players of Team India went to Putaruru, a Blue Spring in Hamilton.
The BCCI shared the pictures on social media on Thursday, where many of the team mebers are seen having fun. Wriddhiman Saha, Cheteshwar Pujara, R Ashwin and Umesh Yadav are spotted in the picture. Apart from them, Rishabh Pant, Jasprit Bumrah and young openers Shubman Gill and Prithvi Shaw also made their presence felt.
Its worth mentioning that the two Test matches will be played between India and New Zealand from 21 February, the first match will be played in Hamilton, while the second Test will start from 29 February to 4 March. India completed a clean sweep against New Zealand in the first five matches T20 series. However, New Zealand hit back and thumped India 3-0 in the ODI series.
