IND vs SA: JSCA to distribute free tickets to CRPF and army for 3rd test

The third Test between India and South Africa will be played in Ranchi from Saturday. The Indian team, led by Virat Kohli, has already taken an unassailable 2–0 lead in the series. Dhoni will not be part of the team in this match to be held in his hometown as he retired from longest version of the game way back in 2014 Australia series.

Meanwhile, Jharkhand State Cricket Association has made a big decision for this match.
The association has decided to distribute 5000 tickets of the match to Army and CRPF personnel for free. In the last Test to be held from October 19 at the JSCA International Stadium Complex in Ranchi, Virat will be eyeing a clean sweep the series and consolidate their numero uno positions in World Test Championships.

According to the association, they have decided to do so in honor of the army and have distributed all the tickets to CRPF jawans, Army and NCC cadets.

A test match is being organized for the second time in this stadium with a capacity of 39000 people.

MS Dhoni to watch third test between India and South Africa in Ranchi

JSCA Vice President Ajay Nath Shahdeo said that the ardent cricket fans will be allowed to watch the practise session of the players but they will need a written permission for it. “We will allow cricket lovers to watch the practice sessions provided formal and written requests are made in advance. Also, those allowed for watching the practice session would have to remain in the demarcated areas only,” Shahdeo said as quoted by Telegraph India.

When asked about MS Dhoni’s presence in the match, Shahdeo didn’t say anything but close sources have confirmed that Dhoni might make his presence felt during the course of the test match. “I have information that Dhoni has consented to watch the game,” a source in JSCA said as quoted.
