India will look to be back on resurgent terms as they take on a depleted West Indies in a limited overs series starting 6th February. India are fresh from a 3-0 whitewash to the hands of South Africa in the ODI series. Rohit Sharma will now take the reign of the team and it will mark the beginning of Hit-man era as the full time skipper.
The three ODIs will be played at Narendra Modi stadium in Ahmedabad behind the closed doors while the three match T20 series will be played at Eden Gardens in Kolkata with 75% crowd attendance. Six venues were originally scheduled to host the matches but due to Covid-19 surge in India, BCCI decided to limit the series to just 2 venues.
