West Indies will have their task cut out when they face a batting powered Indian team in the second ODI in Visakhapatnam. BCCI made no changes to the probable 12 players for the second ODI and the men in blue will be eyeing to go 2-0 up in the series.
The spinners conundrum in the team is a big trouble for the team management as well as the captain. Ravindra Jadeja failed to deliver in the 1st ODI and team India lacked the X factor that Kuldeep Yadav brings in the team. Jadeja impressed in the Asia Cup 2018 and it will be interesting to see if the management will give him a long run in the team considering his vast experience and ability to bat down the order.
There might be a possibility of three spinners playing in the team and the ousted of Umesh Yadav, who proved costly in Guwahati. The Visakhapatnam wicket is a heaven for spinners and the captain might be interested to play an extra spinner.
The visiting team batters lack the intent to play a long innings and readily go for big hits. They will be hoping that some of their batters get some luck in their favour and can play an impactful innings that can give them the winning momentum.
