National coach Stephen Constantine yesterday announced 24-member strong India squad for AFC Asian Cup Qualifier match against Kyrgyz Republic in Bishkek on March 27. India are presently on top of Group A with 13 points having already qualified for the AFC Asian Cup UAE 2019. This is India’s second qualification in 8 years, the Team having qualified last time in 2011.
Earlier, Indian captain Sunil Chhetri was dropped for the AFC Asian Cup qualifier match against Kyrgyz Republic, due to a one-match suspension after picking up two yellow cards.
