Famous Bollywood actor and India’s cinema face in the west- Irrfan Khan passed away in the morning of Wednesday. He was admitted to Mumbai’s Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital due to colon infection. Irrfan had been battling a neuroendocrine tumour, a rare cancer, since 2018 and went to United States of America for the treatment and returned to India after being stable. However, health issues continue to hamper him and the actor lost a long fought battle with cancer.
The 53-year-old Irfan was kept in the ICU on Tuesday night when health issues worsened. In many of the best films, there is a wave of mourning in the cricket world due to the death of Irrfan, who has won many hearts with his one liners and portraying role of a common man in his films.
