The much hyped Indian bowling line-up silently did their job in the first test and was a prominent reason for India’s victory. R. Ashwin who was often criticized for failing at overseas tour, shut his critics by picking up six wickets in the game. He also contributed with the bat down the order which makes him a million dollar player for the team.
India’s pace duo of Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Shami and Ishant Sharma proved way too lethal in Adelaide. They will have more pace friendly condition in Perth to trouble a low lying Australian batting line-up.
