It will be officially the last day of Asian Games 2023 campaign for India as we bid goodbye to a good host in Hangzhou city. India is close on achieving its target of 100 medals that will be a historic feat in Indian sports shaping up to next year’s Olympic scheduled in Paris. The day will begin with archery events where two gold medals will be at stake to consolidate 4th position in medals tally over Uzbekistan.
Last rounds of chess will also be played and if things go in expected line, Indian men’s and women’s team are sure to win a medal. Indian men’s cricket team will be up against Afghanistan in the gold medal match. Lots of wrestling action is also scheduled on the day. Indian men’s and women’s kabaddi team will also take the mat to play their finals and return with top honors this time after finishing with a bronze each in the last edition.
