Seema Tomar : Thanks, it started from my village Johri which is in Baghpat(UP). With the inspiration of my mother Chandro Tomar popularly known as “Revolver Dadi”. She started shooting at the age of 60. And her inspiring story was also covered by History TV 18’s popular show named “OMG Yeh Mera India”
Did Government helped you with your shooting by raising funds or sponsorship?
Seema Tomar : No support was provided by the UP Government inspite of me being a national level shooter. The support came from Haryana government and i would really say that Haryana government is too good for promoting athletes and sports. Currently i’m working for Indian Army.
