But he failed miserably in the 6 matches he played ,picking no wickets and leaking runs at an economy of 9.94.The huge money investment on Ishant got wasted as he dissaspointed one and all. Things looks difficult for him now and he would consider himself lucky if any franchise would pick him in next season.
