The Asian Games move to its 5th day where several Indian golfers will be in action alongside the archers and the shooters who will eye glory on the day. Dattu Bhokanal will be one to watch out for in the rowing finals. Bajrang Lal Takhar last won a gold for India at the 2010 Asian games in the same event and it will be interesting to see if the army man can repeat the heroics of Takhar.

4:30 PM: Prajnesh Gunneswaran defeats Kwon S. of South Korea in a tough three set encounter. The 171 world ranked Indian won 6-6(2-7), 6-4, 7-6(10-8). He ensures himself a bronze medal.
2:55 PM: Indian women’s kabaddi team ease past Chinese Taipei 27-14 to book their place in the finals.
