The ugly turning dispute between cricketer Mohammed Shami and his wife Hasin Jahan has took a new turn. Now Hasin has accused that Shami is threatening her over phone. “Mohammed Shami is threatening me,” said Hasin. “He is calling and sending threats also. I will not compromise instead will fight till I get justice.
“Shami sent messages from other numbers also. He is threatening me over WhatsApp calls, he said you should be ashamed for doing this to me and my family. He wants to save his career and that is why he is planning compromise,” added Hasin.
Hasin also requested personal security from Kolkata Police and claimed that she has been receiving constant abuses and threats through social media accounts since her differences with Shami became public.
“She is feeling insecure while going somewhere due to a massive number of threats and abuses she has been receiving on the social media. The accounts may or may not be fake. Today (Tuesday), she went to Kolkata Police headquarters Lalbazar and asked for personal security as she is feeling extremely insecure while going somewhere,” her lawyer Zakir Hussain told IANS.
