The build to the upcoming cricket world cup has allready started with less than four months left for cricket’s biggest extravaganza to begin in England and Wales. All the ten participating teams have allready started finalizing their 15-man squad for the event.

India led by Rohit Sharma is currently plying its trade in ODI series against New Zealand but their middle order stability seems to be the real problem. The inclusion of Hardik Pandya after his controversial comments on the chat show Koffee with Karan, has brought the right balance to the team.

Meanwhile former New Zealand cricketer turned commentator- Simon Doull has donned the predictors hat and announced his 15 man India squad for 2019 world cup.

Simon Doull feels there is some competition for all-rounder slot in the Indian team

Doull went for Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan to open the innings for India followed by the modern master in Virat Kohli at number three. He included Ambati Rayudu at number four and said that the Hyderabad lad has done enough to cement his place in the team.

Doull picked MS Dhoni to keep the wickets and bat at number five followed by Kedar Jadhav at number six. Jadhav will be the finisher in the team alongside Hardik Pandya who will bring the right balance into the team with his all-round abilities.

Ravindra Jadeja will be the second all-rounder in his team.

The 49-years-old felt that Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah will be in the playing XI but the form of Mohammed Shami might push Kumar to deliver on consistent basis.

Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal will be the two specialist spinners in his team.
