“Kohli started this diet four months ago and is feeling stronger as his digestive power has increased. He isn’t missing meat, eggs or dairy,” a source was quoted as saying in The Times of India.
“Two years ago, when he was on a normal diet, he had said that he would go vegan if given a choice. He is now feeling stronger than before,” the source added.
Virat was rested for the Asia Cup 2018 after a grueling England series and made a comeback in the test series against West Indies. He struck a hundred(139 runs) in his comeback test and lead his side to a dominant innings and 272 runs victory over West Indies in the first test in Rajkot.
