Shikhar Dhawan failed to create an impact in the recently concluded England series and critics were doubting his selection in the team over in-form KL Rahul. However, the “Gabbar” of Indian team roared back in style by notching 173 runs in 2 matches, including a thunderous hundred against Hong Kong. He is the highest run-getter in the series and fans have started realizing that he is a man of big occasions.

Rohit Sharma got start in both the innings but he failed to make it count. The Indian skipper sits with 75 runs in 2 matches.

The opening combination has added 131 runs in two innings.

India got the answers to all the questions in starting two matches of the tournament, which may ring the danger bell for the opposition.
