Though selectors picked Parthiv Patel for the test series but it is unlikely that he will get a chance in the team considering Rishabh Pant’s impact with the bat. The fast paced Australian wickets will offer tremendous bounce for the bowlers which may surprise Rishabh Pant behind the stumps. He leaked 76 runs in the form of byes during England tour and if the same story continues in Australia then India will surely be in a sort of bother of losing the series.
