Despite being a great player at the club level, this Argentine striker has not played the best for his country and this may be his last overturn the history. Messi has not grabbed any special achievement with the national team and he has said that the performance of Argentina may decide his future with the national team.
Messi is 30 years old currently and will be 34 when the next world cup rolls in. He may be still at his best in Qatar but then it again comes down to Argentina’s performance in Russia.
