Former WWE champion AJ Styles is expected to return to upcoming episode of RAW as per John Pollock of POST Wrestling. Styles has been away from in ring action ever since he was buried alive in the boneyard match against Undertaker at Wrestlemania.
Styles is expected to be a part of money in the bank pay per view and WWE may have plans for him on RAW. Styles is a certain for men’s money in the bank ladder match and there’s speculation that WWE will be putting him in the Last Chance Gauntlet Match to determine Apollo Crews replacement. Its worth mentioning that Crews qualified for MITB match but he was sidelined from action after a knee injury which he caught up in the US title match against Andrade on last RAW.
Styles will compete without the services of his ring side companions Luke Gallows and Carl Anderson, who were recently released by the WWE to cut their expenses at a time when coronavirus has wrecked havoc and WWE are forced to tape behind closed doors. This may bring us to a possibility that Styles may turn baby face.
Historically, MITB matches are won by heels to spice up things more and if Styles is turning baby face, changes of him winning the MITB are slim.
