Indian captain Virat Kohli is open to play a day-night Test in Australia after leading the team to first ever win with a pink ball in Kolkata test against Bangladesh. Virat said after winning the series 2–0 from Bangladesh that Team India is ready to play the day-night Test in Australia next year. He said that with the pink ball, his team will have to prepare better to play on the Australian pitches. Its worth mentioning that last year India refused to play a day-night Test match in Adelaide with Australia.
Indian team thrashed Bangladesh in the second test by an innings and 46 runs, thanks to the century of Virat Kohli and his aggressive that turned the game in India’s favour. Now the biggest challenge that will lie with the Indian team will be to win a test on the bouncy pitches of Australia that can be a graveyard for the batters.
Virat Kohli said that the planning should be done to play with the much hyped pink ball. The Indian skipper said that his team will play the next series in New Zealand and the boys are geared up to win that too.
