The world is gearing itself for the inaugural World Test Championship finals which will take place at Southampton from 18-22 June 2021 between India and New Zealand. India is higher in the net run rate and in terms of points and a draw will result in India winning the test championship.
Cricket pundits have allready started to predict the outcome of the world test championship finals and the latest to don the hat is former Kiwi captain and KKR coach Brendon McCullum.

He believes that New Zealand will be of little advantage against India in the final of the upcoming World Test Championship (WTC) as they will play the test series against England before this big final. He predicted the final match to be played in Southampton from 18 June would be competitive.
McCullum told ‘India Today’- ‘I think it will be in favor of New Zealand in the proportion of 60-40 in the match. New Zealand’s team will reach this final clash with some match practice. I think it will be a close contest. ‘
The Indian team is currently in isolation in Mumbai and will arrive in England on June 3. New Zealand’s team arrived there on May 17 for a two-match Test series against England. The two-match series between the two teams will begin from June 2.
