WWE Hell in a Cell will get a big twist after hardcore legend Mick Foley was announced as the special guest referee for the show. He will be the official in a fierce battle of Braun Strowman taking on Roman Reigns for Universal title.
The action will be live on September 16(In US), which will be live from the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas. Superstars will be locked in a gigantic chain-linked enclosure and have a go at each other.

Renee Young and a panel of WWE will bring the Cell Kickoff pre-show. No matches have been confirmed for the build-up so far, but there will likely to be two matches.
