Roman Reigns didn’t wrestle at this year’s Wrestlemania 36 where he was reportedly winning the Universal title from Goldberg. The reason for his absence was the rising coronavirus threat in United States of America for which he can be prone due to weak immunity after recovering from leukemia recently. But media reports stated that it was his wife giving birth to twins which prompted him to stay out of the ring.
After the departure of Big Dog, WWE has stopped naming him in any storyline and the fans await the return of their favourite wrestler. Reigns recently gave an important update about his return and said that he is willing to return once Covid-19 situation is under control.
“All of this security that I have in my life now to be able to protect my family to be comfortable is because of our fanbase. I just wanted you all to know that I’m so thankful… grateful for everything that I’ve been able to earn and all of the experiences that I’ve been able to go through because it’s been an amazing ride,” Reigns said in a WWE video on Youtube.
“I can’t wait to get back to normal and entertain on a weekly basis,” he added.
