Monday’s episode of RAW ended with the tag team of Baron Corbin and Kevin Owens defeating Braun Strowman and Finn Balor. Corbin hit Balor with the End of Days for a cover to pick up the win. At the conclusive moments when the camera were focussed, Balor was lying and Strowman also got back into the ring.
After RAW went off the air, Corbin walked off the ramp, which left Owens with Strowman in the ring. Owens who earlier had requested the hand of friendship from Strowman, pleaded him to have mercy on him. Not to forget, Strowman threw Owens from a 20 foot ladder at the MITB last night.
Owens said that he was still here standing today and that had to count for something. He asked “The Monster” to reconsider his offer from earlier. Braun then pointed at Balor, telling that he already had a partner.
Owens argued for some more time before trying a sneak attack. Strowman proved too good yet again and caught Owens and hit him with a powerslam, which was followed by Balor nailing Owens with the Coup de Gras. Strowman and Balor then high-fived fans and went to the locker room area.
