Tonight’s RAW 16 July 2018 opens with Kurt Angle on the stage talking about stripping off Brock Lesnar from the Universal title if he doesn’t appear on tonight’s show. Paul Heyman arrived and he tried to argue but Lesnar didn’t arrive. After this Bobby Lashley, Seth Rollins, Elias, Drew McIntyre, Finn Balor and Roman Reigns made their way to the center and asked for an opportunity to the Universal title. Angle arranged two triple threat matches and the winners of the two matches will face each other in next week’s and the eventual winner will be the #1 contender for Universal title match against Brock Lesnar.
