Yuvraj Singh reveals his favourite team for FIFA World Cup 2018

Indian cricketer Yuvraj Singh reveals his favourite team for FIFA World Cup 2018 and names France as his choice. This is because of his favourite club Manchester United, like other Indians, that has forced him to switch support from his long time favourite Brazil to France and the reason is his favourite player Paul Pogba, who plays for the London based club.

“Past few World Cups, I supported Brazil, but this year I am supporting France because it has Paul Pogba, who is a Manchester United player”,Yuvraj said on Youtube channel SportScreenIndia.

Yuvraj is a crazy United fan and he has been spotted at the “Theater of Dreams” for several times.

Yuvraj also provided his expert comments on his teammates’ football skills. Not to forget, Indian team plays football before the match that help their cause of having a good warm-up.

“Virat is really fit and can run the length and breadth of the pitch with high speed, but unfortunately, he can never score goals. He has a lot of skills but sadly lacks the finish. I think he needs to work on that,” said Yuvi.

However, Yuvraj took a dig on Mumbai Indians trio of Hardik Pandya, Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah and terms them as the baddest footballers of the Indian team.

“Jasprit Bumrah shouldn’t play football. Hardik Pandya is a really bad footballer. He too needs to improve his football skills”, he says in a hilarious way. Rohit Sharma is a horrible soccer player. He just passes the ball and then doesn’t move. He is always standing in an off-side position. Zaheer Khan is also like Rohit, barely wants to run on the football ground. Ashish Nehra, I would advise shouldn’t play football because everytime he plays, he gets injured.”

Yuvraj also named the best football player in the team

“Mahi (Dhoni) is an excellent soccer player”, he said.

Well Dhoni’s love for football in the childhood has finally payed off for him.
